Funding includes a TUITION WAIVER, stipend for living expenses, and HEALTH-CARE INSURANCE. Graduate Student Appointments generally entail APPROXIMATELY 20 HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK during fall, winter and spring terms; current union-agreed pay scales determine exact amounts. Students must maintain FULL-TIME ENROLLMENT (10 credits) and abide by any award and appointment conditions. Four-year support is a guarantee to admitted/enrolled candidates, not to all applicants and not an automatic separate cash scholarship; PhD program is generally longer than four years and additional later funding is not guaranteed by the initial commitment. NO UNIVERSAL FIXED 2027/28 STIPEND DOLLAR AMOUNT is published on the programme's overview. Tuition waiver and health insurance are included, but costs such as flights, accommodation as a separate grant, visa processing and the $90 application fee are NOT guaranteed as additional covered benefits.
